We Plan It Together
With your custom home design ideas in hand, we’ll sit down during a consultation meeting to talk about every detail of your home. Before we can break ground or even start planning an estimate, we have to know your dream home as well as you know it. During this consultation, we’ll talk about the style of home you want, how many levels you’re looking for, and even how many family members will be living in your home. During this stage of the custom home design process, we’ll actually create a floor plan, architectural drawings, and interior concepts, so you can get a better understanding of what your home will look like. We won’t break ground until you’re completely satisfied with all of the plans we’ve created together.
We Build It
When you’ve approved the plans, we’ll break ground! During this part of the process, you can be as hands on or hands off as you want. We welcome every homeowner to the project site to see what’s happening with their home. We’ll always work with you to determine the final details like cabinet styles, paint choices, and even the type of crown moulding you want throughout the home. If you have a special project in mind for any of the rooms, we’d love to hear about it and see how we can help. Understanding that it’s really all about the details, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you after the building process is complete to make sure we’ve got everything exactly how you want it.
You Move In
When you love everything we’ve done to make your dream home a reality, you finally get to move in! Our team will hand over the keys and continue to act as a resource for you and your family as you live in your dream home.
